Just as projects move from design to delivery, my career began in design — recruiting architects — before expanding into construction, engineering, consultancy, and developing deep expertise in infrastructure. Over the years, I’ve hired at every level, from graduates to C-suite, giving me a clear view of what it takes to design and deliver hiring strategies that actually work.
For more than a decade, I led talent acquisition functions for both a major contractor and a leading property and construction consultancy. In those roles, I built talent functions from the ground up — embedding systems and workflows that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and strengthened retention. Today, I draw on that hands-on experience to help organisations hire smarter, build stronger employer brands, and achieve long-term success through people.
Away from work, I’m a proud dad. Family keeps me grounded, drives me, and reminds me of what really matters.
